  • Missed Appointment & Cancellation Policy
    Your appointment at West Kelowna Massage & BodyTalk is specially reserved for you. In consideration of your therapist and other clients, we kindly request a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of your appointment cost. Online appointment modifications or cancellations can be made with a 24-hour notice. Please note that clients are ultimately responsible for payment for all treatments received.
  • Special Instructions for Corbett's Treatments
    Corbett kindly asks our female clients to wear a pair of shorts and a sports bra or tank top, while our male clients are requested to wear a pair of shorts. This attire ensures both your comfort and convenience during the session, as well as the therapist's ease in providing treatment. His approach prioritizes results-driven therapy, which may require you to move around so that our therapists can conduct a comprehensive assessment and deliver effective treatment. Please note that Corbett does not utilize oils during his sessions. To ensure the best possible experience, we kindly ask that you refrain from applying any oils or lotions to your skin prior to your appointment with Corbett.
  • How can I make a “Jane” app on my mobile device for booking appointments?
    Follow these detailed instructions for both iPhone and Android devices to create a shortcut to the "Jane" app for scheduling appointments with ease. For iPhone users: 1. Open Safari and visit the West Kelowna Massage homepage at westkelownamassage.com. 2. Click the "Book an Appointment" link, which will redirect you to our online booking page powered by Jane. 3. At the bottom of your screen, you'll see a menu bar. Tap the center button that resembles a box with an arrow pointing upwards. 4. From the options that appear, select "Add to Home Screen." 5. An app shortcut named "Jane" will be created on your iPhone's home screen. You can now easily access the online booking system by tapping this app icon. For Android users: 1. Open your preferred web browser (e.g., Chrome) and navigate to the West Kelowna Massage homepage at westkelownamassage.com. 2. Click the "Book an Appointment" link to be directed to our online booking page provided by Jane. 3. Tap the browser's menu button (usually represented by three vertical dots in the top-right corner). 4. From the menu, select "Add to Home Screen." 5. A "Jane" app shortcut will be created on your Android device's home screen. You can now conveniently access the online booking system by opening the app. With the "Jane" app shortcut on your mobile device, booking appointments has never been easier!
  • Do I need to fill out an intake form if I was a client of a therapist at a previous location?
    Absolutely! We require each client to complete a new intake form. This step is essential in guaranteeing that we can provide you with safe and effective treatments tailored to your specific needs.
  • Are doctor's referrals required?
    Good news! You don't need a doctor's referral to enjoy the benefits of massage therapy. However, it's worth noting that some extended medical plans might require a referral for coverage. We recommend checking with your insurance provider to determine if a doctor's referral is necessary for your particular plan.
  • Arriving Late
    We value your time and have scheduled appointments just for you. If you arrive late, please understand that we may need to shorten your session to accommodate subsequent appointments. Rest assured, we always strive to provide our clients with their full treatment whenever time permits.
