I cater to clients of all ages including children, adults and seniors. If you have an injury, pre or post surgery or have unwanted pain or stress in your life.  My services include a variety of massage techniques including fascial manipulation which are designed to relieve pain and stress related to day to day living, while aiding in the rehabilitation of physical injuries.

I graduated from (OVCMT) Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in 2010, and over the past 8 years have completed a series of courses for Fascial Integration with Natale Rao. This has allowed me the opportunity to work not only with our Muscular/Skeletal system but also to focus on Cranial/SacraI, Osteopathic, and Visceral Techniques (movement and releasing our organs). I am always learning and trying to improve as a therapist, over the past few years, I have returned to OVCMT and I am an instructor for the myofascial classes. I offer the highest quality of care for my clients. I am friendly, knowledgeable and care about all aspects of your treatment. I customize each treatment to meet your specific needs by incorporating a variety of assessment and techniques that are best suited to you as an individual.  As part of my service, I will provide you with knowledge of self-administered pain management such as stretching and strengthening exercises as well as the proper use of heat or cold therapy.

I have have been a part of West Kelowna for the past few years it has quickly become home for me and my family. I was born in Winnipeg Manitoba, however I grew up mostly small communities in Saskatchewan and Regina.  I enjoy spending time with my partner in crime and our wonderful children. We enjoy competitive Judo, jujitsu, Strength Training, Hockey, Snowboarding and being on the water together. When I’m not working,  I am usually with my gal or one of the kids having fun and staying in shape.  I completed my Bachelor of Arts Degree in First Nation Studies from the First Nations University and University of Regina. I have maintained many friendships from school and have been learning spiritual teachings from Cree Elders and Spiritual Leaders for many years. This past summer was my 18th year attending a Sundance Ceremony. I am honored to have such wonderful experiences and opportunities.

I returned back to school in 2007 to learn Massage and help myself and others feel good and be healthy.

A passion of mine is for playing and coaching sports. I coached Field Lacrosse at a grass roots and high performance (provincial) level for over 13 years and I have enjoyed coaching my sons in soccer and Judo. I played any sport I had available to me. Hockey, football, wrestling, and Lacrosse were my favorites. I was even fortunate enough to play on Team Ireland in the 2002 World Lacrosse Championships. I am currently having fun in the Okanagan sun, cycling, hiking and going to the gym.
