Chrissy's approach to bodywork is rather unique. She works to slowly engage with the body to assess what it needs, working to alleviate any tension or pain by integrating Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Trigger Point style massage, Myofascial and connective tissue release, and Reiki. She believes we all have the innate ability to heal and uses an intuitive approach to create the ideal environment for your body to unwind.

Corbett McCabe, RMT, graduated from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in Vernon, BC, in 2010 with a diploma in Massage Therapy. He started his massage career in Revelstoke, BC, before moving to the Okanagan and opening West Kelowna Massage Therapy in 2016. Since then, he has partnered with his wife, Nikki McCabe, to rename the clinic West Kelowna Massage Therapy and BodyTalk.

Nikki became a Certified BodyTalk Practitioner in April 2020. She has been helping people overcome various health challenges for the past 20 years, starting as a Reiki therapist. With a keen interest in the healing arts, Nikki is a massage professional skilled in therapies such as aromatherapy, raindrop therapy, and relaxation massage. Her journey from a massage practitioner to the owner/operator of a clinic and a full-time successful BodyTalk practitioner has been both challenging and exciting.

Heather is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from Vancouver Career College. She has also received training in Reiki, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, and as a Birth Doula. Heather has been helping people for many years and is excited to continue working in the health field as an RMT.
